Welcome to my Web Site. I hope that you enjoy your visit. The Buttons on the Left will take you to my current and various areas of interest. Also, if you use the photo below, clicking on the Bride will take you to my Mum’s direct ancestors and clicking on the Groom will do the same for my Dad.
The “Surname Stories” section is an ongoing project, where I’m trying to build pictures of who my ancestors were, what they did and the world in which they lived.
“Of Trafalgar and other Sea Stories” are more general tales of our seafaring past, while “The Great War” concentrates on the effects of the First World War both on the ground and in the air. “Links” show some of the Web Sites which I have found very helpful in my research.
